The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is looking for an AUT Inspector who will be responsible for monitoring of NDT processes on site that the URF package Line Pipe Stalking and Multi-jointing is tested in accordance with relevant specifications and referenced codes and standards.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Assist the Site Senior Inspector in performing compliance audits at site, specifically, NDT processes (AUT, UT, RT, MT and PT) and NDT personnel competency;
• Assist the Site Senior Inspector in providing solutions and technical feedback to NDT issues;
• Participate in pre-inspection meetings at site;
• Interpretation of Carbon Steel and CRA Lined welds using AUT in accordance with Governing codes and Project ECA Acceptance Criteria;
• Review and sign-off of NDT and Inspection Reports.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Automatic Ultasonic Testing of CRA Lined and Carbon Steel Line pipe to international standards (DNV-OS-F101 and ECA);

• Extensive experience in all NDT processes, RT, UT, PT and MT of CRA Lined and Carbon Steel Line pipe to international standards (DNV-OS-F101);

• Experience with Internal Weld Inspection Tools (Camera and laser tool for CRA Lined girth welds (Desirable);

• Extensive experience in the application of quality assurance and quality control processes for oil and gas Sub Sea Pipe lay Projects.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Intimate knowledge of oil and gas subsea equipment including rigid CS and CRA flow-lines, Offshore Pipe Lay and subsea production systems

• Intimate knowledge of Oil and Gas industry Codes and Standard

• Intimate knowledge of NDT methods, AUT of CRA and CS materials and Automatic Welding processes
