The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Assistant to provide administrative support (booking travel, diary management and day to day administration) for the Body Engineering Chiefs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The candidate must exhibit a passion for data analysis, be process driven and have an eye for detail.
They must be comfortable working on their own initiative as well as part of a team and have high levels of self motivation.
They must be highly competent with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and have: - Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to converse with many different management levels.
An ability to work to tight deadlines with often conflicting demands.
Any person supplied should have a valid UK driving licence and meet the medical requirements of the facilities.
Proven project time line management.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in a office environment.
Experience of booking travel and diary management.
History of involvement within the automotive sector.
Knowledge of problem resolution processes.
Working knowledge of project delivery processes.
Degree educated preferred but not mandatory.
