The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• This position will be critical to ensure the reporting and trending of all safety, reliability, efficiency data which shall be critical to the successful maintenance of the GU Aviation OE process and ABSU IIF.
• The reporting and trending of aviation key service providers data shall also be critical to ensure an IIF aviation operation.
• Responsible for gathering, compiling and trending all ASBU Aviation safety, reliability, efficiency and spend data.
• Develop and implement ASBU system and process to capture and record data, in conjunction with the other Logistics Analysts, and investigate continuous improvement of the methodology.
• Interface with aviation team and key service providers to gather all OE and spend data on a continuous basis.
• Information to be graphed and presented on a monthly basis to the Aviation Expert and for distribution within ASBU and GU.
• Prepare scheduling of aviation audits and pre- audit packages.
• Coordinate participants and attendees for aviation audits and organise the logistics.
• Ensure audit items are captured, monitored and closed out.
• To include helideck audits, fuel audits, and any action items generated from SQM/ASR meetings.
• Responsible for obtaining and compiling KPI data for all aviation key service providers and interpret / graph this data for discussion at the quarterly ASR meetings.
• Responsible for the compilation of ASR performance scorecards and updating key initiatives from the joint business plans with suppliers.
• Responsible for the scheduling, facilitation and management of all SQM/ASR’s in coordination with the contract owner.

• Develop and implement a customer feedback survey, in conjunction with the other Logistics Analysts, to be issued on a six monthly basis.
• Data to be analysed and trended to ensure that opportunities are progressed and customer feedback on actions provided.
• Responsible for tracking the renewal of all helideck permits and insuring that permits are issued in a timely matter.
• Schedule and ensure ASBU participation in the GU Aviation Community of Practice to share and implement best practices.
• Maintain relationship with GU Aviation Analyst to ensure data is provided in the format required and on a timely basis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required ensuring analysis, trending and presentation of OE and spend data.
• Capable of working with minimal oversight once guidance has been provided.
• Demonstrated abilities to communicate with an international workforce. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, and Power point.
• Demonstrate strong independant organisational skills.
• Specialized knowledge of aviation operations, in particular offshore helicopter operations. Knowledge of SMS and QA systems as they apply to aviation.
• Understanding of “Standard Aviation English” and Aviation terms.
• Aviation knowledge and experience in aviation related activities, offshore operations, base operations, dispatching, flight following and maintenance support, to include remote areas.
