The Company:
a major oil and gas operator

The Role:
• Performs a variety of duties at an airport, involving customer contact and operational service while delivering a high quality product.
• Answers inquiries regarding airplane or bus schedules.
• Assists passengers with check-in procedures and directs passenger to designated concourse for loading.
• Boards and closes out flights in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensures Federal Aviation Administration, Company, and airport regulations are followed. Enforces safety/security measures and protects sensitive zones.
• Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within the assigned functional area.
• Applies some advanced skills to the position within assigned functional area.
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures, prescribed and completed with little autonomy.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Typically requires up to three years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Experience with aviation duties is a must including Customer Service. Ticket Counter Agent experience preferred
• Local to Anchorage
