The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently seeking an Aviation Dispatch Officer based in Broome.

Key Technical Deliverables:
• Dispatch all helicopter flights in Broome/Darwin, observing all safety regulations;
• Close liaison with Perth Aviation Operations team for day-to-day logistics planning and contingency planning for emergency situations.
• Liaises closely with the helicopter contractor personnel, offshore and onshore sites;
• Immediately reports to his hierarchy any unsafe conditions detected during operations or unusual activities;
• Assisting with checking-in of all the passengers, the validity of their IDs, offshore certificates. Manages any exceptions.
• Assist in the preparation of helicopter manifests;
• Closes the manifest in PTS after the departure of each helicopter and transmits it to correct site;
• Maintains a watch on all flights and note ETAs etc;
• Holds the PTS Dispatcher role and operates the PTS system within their defined scope;
• Provides sound support to all travelling personnel, especially if any difficulties develop at the time of check-in
• Assists in cyclone deman/reman management;
• Advises Booking Team of no show personnel and personnel arriving late for their flights, records all flight delays and their causes, prepares no show, flight delay and out of service reports and other reports required by the Aviation Operations team;
• Carries out any other administrative duties as may be requested by management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications & Licences:
• High School Diploma and minimum of 5 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience in a similar capacity;
• Holder of valid HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer) license

Critical Experience Requirements:
• Fully conversant with relevant legislation, Company Rules and best practices;
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications package (Word, Excel, Power Point), PTS system.
