The Role:
Functional Management:
- Serve as high level point contact for Aviation Risk Reduction project in the region and interface with the contractor
- Implement CBcp and SVP
- Responsible for budget preparation and request
- Arrange appropriate input from in-Region management based on scope, specific of the project
- Liaise with relevant stakeholder for approval and cooperation

Risk Management
- Ensure the coordination of Risk management in the region
- Identify key risks to delivery and ensure adequate risk mitigation or contingency plans are in place

Project Delivery:
- Delivery of Aviation Risk Reduction project comply with CBcp and GPO requirement
- Perform project self-verification via ISGR process
- Coordinate with field operation team to get input on design and prioritization for the appraisal hopper
- Obtained approval from relevant stake holder (SKK MIGAS, Local Government, DGAT, etc.)
- Ensure projects knowledge is maintained by the asset

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of total experience with minimum 5 years in design and supervision of air strip construction (infrastructure and navigation aid)
- Familiar with applicable code and standard for aviation ( ICAO, FAA, etc.)
- Familiar with government of Indonesia regulation in aviation and has good relationship with DGAT
- English language proficiency sufficient to support reporting requirements.
