The Role:
• Assist and support the Client Construction Manager to achieve his contract objectives
• Ensure on-site safety awareness & safe performance with the contractor field crews
• Promote the AGT Quality Policy & Objectives and to ensure their compliance
• Demonstrate HSE participation by actively engaging with the Client site team and the construction contractors that would contribute to delivering on Client’s HSE expectations
• Review the Contractors Plans, Procedures and Method Statements to ensure that the front end pipeline construction requirements are adhered to.
• Participate in the weekly construction progress meetings with the PMT team & PL contractors
• Skilled in contractor interfacing on pipeline technical & construction issues
• Monitor the environmental and social compliance agreements
• Ensure that Site Construction meetings are held and that the Client construction requirements are fully undertaken.
• Participate in the decision process relating to the disposition of deviations and concessions to specification and codes requested by contractor.
• Monitoring the contractors supporting field resources & equipment, addressing any deficiencies to the contractor for a quick resolution
• Interface with Handover and Commissioning Teams to ensure the handover quality of the documentation.
• Interface with the contractor construction groups & subcontractor speciality groups coordinating their at site back end pipeline support activities & responsibilities
• Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with the contract back end construction requirements, per the agreed reinstatement plans, procedures and specifications
• Responsible for overseeing the on-site back end pipeline preparation & construction activities
• Participate in the responsibilities for assuring the field HSSE & quality requirements are met

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• This positional requirement is based on 10+ years of experience gained through working on pipeline projects during the preparation, installation & completion of large bore international cross country buried pipelines.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience involving the process for the preparation & installation of buried cross country large diameter linepipe focusing on overseeing the reinstatement of the pipeline right of way per the related procedures & specifications
• Experience & knowledge involving the installation of linepipe under the PTW & COW system
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment, inclusive of demonstrating collaborative, cooperative, flexible, adaptable, respectful, and tactful personal characteristics
• Familiarity with International Standards which form the basis for project PL specifications
• Confident and energetic approach to addressing all on site construction & technical issues
relating to the different aspects for pipeline reins
