The Company:
Our client specialise in the design, manufacture, assembly, test, installation and commissioning of bespoke solutions for the nuclear decommissioning, defence, and nuclear new build markets.

The Role:
The Bid Coordinator will Prepare and organise receipt of ITTs and produce workable copies

Supporting the Tenders Manager with the facilitation of weekly coordination meetings with all bid team members

The Bid Coordinator Communicates requirements to the bid team in respect of handling Protectively Marked Information (PMI)

Leads the production of Expressions of Interest (EoI) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ)

Development of case studies and company capability statements

The Bid Coordinator Administrates the proposal management software, maintains the bid collateral, keeping it up to date and relevant

Maintains client portal registration details, keeps them up to date

Monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing tender communication with the Client

The Bid Coordinator will be Responsible for arranging and tracking progress of bids through the internal stage gates

Organises and tracks submission and response of Technical Queries during bids

Liaises with external service professionals e.g. graphics, printing etc

Uploads submission documentation to client portals and print/produce hard copies

The Bid Coordinator Keeps abreast of market developments in terms of bid styles, materials and language

Keeps Bidding team contributions to CRM up to date

Assists with bidding KPI data

Management of stock bidding materials

The Bid Coordinator will be have Attention to Detail, Coordination and Administration expert, Written Communication skills, Technical Documentation, Layout Skills, Rational Problem Solving, Deadline-Oriented, Process Improvement, Planning & Organising, Flexibility.
