The Role:
Answering the telephone and transferring calls (using a phone system with 10 extensions).
Covering reception area - greeting visitors and getting them to sign in book.
Petty Cash - dealing with all aspects of petty cash, inc buying milk, coffee, tea, stamps etc.
Ordering Stationery - using an online supplier.
Dealing with all incoming/outgoing mail.
Formatting CV'S for recruiters
Updating candidate information using RMS (the in-house computer system) - this could include scanning and attaching all documents/id etc to each candidates electronic file.
Ad hoc duties as required by recruiters ie typing letters etc. checking references etc.,
Photocopying/Scanning/Faxing/Emailing
Ordering Water / Toners from suppliers
Sending Birthday cards to contractors
Creating contracts for Starters
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. with 1 hour lunch

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous reception experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous recruitment agency administration experience
