The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has become available for a Brand and Advertising Advisor to join this team which is based in the heart of the CBD.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;

• Participate in planning and strategy sessions, as required
• Assist with the development of marketing and events strategy and communications plans
• Assist with the measurement and evaluation of events, sponsorships and branding activities, as required
• Assist with writing branding, event, sponsorship and partnership communication material
• Provide back-up support to team members.

Advertising:
• Develop annual advertising plan working closely with the Marketing Team
• Coordinate our client’s local and corporate advertising – working closely with corporate and agencies to ensure timely and aligned advertising content
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, sales/advertising representatives for key media and corp advertising team
• Develop brand strategy and advertising material for all sponsorships and partnerships
• Ensure consistent messaging and artwork is used in advertising to position the company’s brand Promote and protect the brand Identity system.

Major Capital Projects and Operations:
• Assist with the development of the annual brand strategy
• Provide advice on company identity matters, such as use of imagery, layout and design, use of logo on external materials and use of logo by third parties
• Responsible for implementing the Style Guide across the business
• Responsible for implementing the merchandise policy and providing support across the business
• Manage branding strategy and material for the visitor centres, offices and conferences/events

Provide event management support as required:
• Provide event management support at internal/external events as required Emergency/Crisis Communications, including:
• Member of Communications Resource Team
• Understand company emergency and response systems and processes
• Participate in emergency response/crisis training
• Provide public affairs advice to Emergency Management Team, as required and respond directly to inquiries during emergency/crisis situations, as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following:

• 5 plus years experience in undertaking advertising campaigns is preferred but not essential.
• Relevant university qualifications are required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
This role requires demonstrated experience with preparing advertising material and developing advertising campaigns. It requires excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and, because it requires working on multiple projects simultaneously, good prioritisation skills.

This position is for 12 months, located in Perth, working 8 hours per day.
