The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

To support the Communications Strategy and transfer Manager by coordinating and delivering key brand environment projects including coordination the exhibitions and storage project.
This role requires close collaboration with a wide network of Marketing and Production managers across the business as well as peers within the Brand Communications function. In addition it requires close coordination and management of external companies such as design agencies, exhibition designers and suppliers etc.

Scope of the Role

- Project management.
- Budget management.
- Managing sign offs and presentation materials.
- Supplying materials for production.
- Supplying props for dressing.
- Liaison with stakeholders.
- Ensure the content is correctly catalogued.
- Identifying the best location to move to working with purchasing.
- Manage the effective move to the best solution.
- Establish good working practices with the suppliers for an effective ongoing relationship.
- Work with agency groups to develop 3D content and layout.
- Research content working with internal and external knowledge holders.
- Development of stand design.
- Audit the requirement for site.
- Develop cost plan and supplier plan.
- Work with Production Planning to agree a timeframe and budget for board approval.

Qualifications & Experience

- Educated to degree level or professional equivalent in a related discipline.
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in 3D design projects and corporate identity work.
- Well organised with a strong eye for quality and detail.
- Ability to work with and influence others, building credible relationships.
- Independent decision making, reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate enthusiastic and flexible approach to working practices.
- Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions.
- Ability to influence decision making at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the corporate identity systems.
- Good understanding of creative agency working processes and approach.
- Good understanding of 3D design and ability to read plans and drawings effectively.
- Confident user of all key Microsoft Office programmes and web literate.
