The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To support the Communications Strategy and Transfer Manager by coordinating and delivering key brand environment/experiential projects at the company factory in Crewe including the development, production and of Lineage exhibitions and Lindencorso Group exhibition content.

This role requires close collaboration with a wide network of Marketing and Production Planning managers across the business as well as peers within the Brand Communications function. In addition it requires close coordination and management of external companies such as design agencies, exhibition designers and suppliers etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

On site projects
• Project management
• Budget management
• Managing sign offs and presentation materials
• Supplying materials for production
• Supplying props for dressing
• Liaison with all stakeholders re launch

Lineage Exhibition
• Work with agency group to develop the 3D content and layout
• Research content working with internal and external knowledge holders
• Coordinate the planning and budget
• Project manage the exhibition to installation and handover

Lindencorso Exhibition Content
• Work with agency group to develop the 3D content and layout
• Research content working with internal and external knowledge holders
• Coordinate the planning and budget
• Project manage the exhibition to installation and handover

• Site wide CI Makeover
• Audit the requirements for the site at Crewe
• Develop a cost plan and supplier plan
• Work with Production Planning to agree a timeframe and budget to do this for board approval

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in 3D design projects and corporate identity work
• Well organized with a strong eye for quality and detail.
• Ability to work with and influence others, building credible relationships
• Independent decision making, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to demonstrate enthusiastic and flexible approach to working practices
• Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions
• Ability to influence decision making at all levels

PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of the corporate identity systems
• Good understanding of creative agency working processes and approach
• Good understanding of 3D design and ability to read plans and drawings effectively
• Confident user of all key Microsoft Office programmes and web literate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated to degree level or professional equivalent in a related discipline.
