The Role:
Assist General Manager & Marketing Director in developing long term product vision/strategy and develop annual initiatives.
· Responsible of developing country marketing material catalogs, merchandising tools and other POSM in consultation with Regional Marketing team and Country Sales
Manager.
· Oversee NPD plans, timelines and resources while monitoring and controlling the process from concept through to implementation
· Flawlessly execute new product initiative & drive sales
· Ensure flawless retail execution, channel and geography expansion
· Update competitive intelligence and develop competitive analysis
· Report progress to management on a regular basis.
· Continuous drive for cost reduction
· Develop long-term marketing plans for assigned product lines. Incorporate sales, advertising, research and promotional efforts required to meet current and projected market objectives.
· According to market change & brand status, develop new product proposal, execution, and pricing & related marketing preparation.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
5 years experience in product or general marketing
environment, working in a product-related industry Is
priority
· The job requires a detailed study and understanding of
customers' profile in the industry and applying creative,
innovative and effective advertising and promotional
strategies, combined (possibly) with a strong
knowledge of the Company’s products and service
offerings.
