The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

This position is within central Sales & Marketing function and reports to the Director of Licensing and Branded Goods. The role provides the key point of contact for internal relationships such as Parts & Accessories, PR and Marketing Communications and Dealer Network in addition to external relationships.
The purpose of this role is to manage all operational aspects of the design, sourcing development, production of Branded Goods for the Company. This brand role will manage production of consumer quality items in addition to products specifically designed for use by the internal teams and in vehicles, oversee marketing activities and production of any other creative to ensure the right message is delivered for the product and the brand.

Scope of the Role

- Delivering a strategic vision for the collection in conjunction with design, brand management and brand communications.
- Ensure the brand vision is delivered within the range plans and individual merchandise collection products and that brand ambitions are balanced with commercial appeal.
- Project manage the seasonal collections, including timing plans, approvals, internal communication and warehouse first fill.
- Manage day to day relationship with all merchandise range suppliers in all categories ensuring product delivery is on time, on design and on-quality.
- Coordinate the supply of market intelligence across the key market segments and product categories.

Qualifications & Experience

- Project management.
- Excellent communication skills essential – written and verbal.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Multi-tasking.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Both creative and analytical.
- Good people skills.
