The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Coordinate the corporate hospitality program
• Liaise with the corporate hospitality partners and suppliers
• Coordinate the corporate hospitality calendar and ticket allocation
• Liaise with venues and provide event management support as required
• Coordinate contracts with corporate hospitality partners and suppliers
• Identify and assess new corporate hospitality opportunities Provide event logistics support
• Provide event logistics support as required, including packing, organising couriers and transportation
• Manage invitation and RSVP lists, including the Events inbox and RSVP hotline
• Coordinate Compliance approval for events
• Liaise with key suppliers and venues as required, in particular to facilitate timely payments and compliance processes
• Assist with the coordination of the Events Calendar
• Provide support on event supplier contracts as required Provide brand support
• Assist with the management of sponsorship requests and recommendations
• Coordinate contracts and Compliance approvals for sponsorships and branding activities
• Assist with tracking and managing the sponsorship budget Provide support with strategy, measurement and evaluation
• Attend team meetings and assist with the development of strategy and communications plans
• Assist with measurement and evaluation of the events, sponsorship and branding activities as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline preferred but not essential
• Administration and event logistics
• This role requires excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills, as it requires working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• It requires demonstrated experience managing accounts, an understanding of Compliance processes and excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in event management is preferred.
