The Company:
Global Oil Company involved in numerous major projects.

The Role:
• Assist Internal Project Management Team to achieve the Mechanical Completions of Essential Brownfield Works required prior to 2015 shutdown which is due 1st July 2015, Onshore Pipelines (including trenchless construction of the rail, road and existing service crossings for all pipelines between the beach landing and the terminal) which is due 15 May 2017 and all process and utility tie-ins.
• Ensure schedule integration and alignment between Contractor, Operations and regional Activity Planning teams.
• Lead local planners, develop their planning skills under a prepared and agreed development plan.

• Ensure the key planning deliverables are developed and maintained by Contractor for Brownfield, pipeline and tie-in activities.
• Since Project Onshore Pipelines are in a very congested area, continuously track the progress of all internal and external approvals to be obtained by Contractor which affect schedule.
• Provide input to Ops eMoC system for planning risks & actions.
• On-site progress verification with Contractor’s brownfield planning engineer.
• Periodically update Brownfield integrated work schedule with actual progress.
• Spot-on verification of Contractor’s daily expended direct manhour reports.
• Review Contractor’s periodical progress measurement back-up sheets and progress reports. Demand corrections and improvements as necessary.
• Provide Brownfield input into client periodical progress reports (weekly/monthly dashboards & GPO reports as required).
• Provide info to update the Brownfield section of Project Onshore Integrated schedule.
• Participate and provide input into Planning Team periodical PCP & OMS conformance analysis.
• Continuously update the delivery team with status, progress & approaching risks.
• Work closely with the Cost Teams to ensure costs phasing and forecasting aligns with the current control schedule. Provide GFO forecasts and monthly VOWD estimates to Cost Engineer.
• Establish and maintain schedule interface between Contractor, Operations and Activity Planning throughout the project.

• AGT Region Activity Planning Team, Sangachal Terminal Planning Team
• PSTL, Onshore Project Lead Planner, Construction Lead Planner and Cost Teams.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Primavera P6 version 7, Acumen Fuse, Microsoft Office applications
• Adopt a highly communicative and proactive approach due to integrated nature of Brownfield works
