The Role:
Our Client is currently seeking an Angolan national for the position of Budget & Cost Control Coordinator - to oversee the Reporting and Cost Control section of Finance & Control Department. They will also assist the Finance Director and other departments in finance, reporting and cost control issues.

Responsibilities will include the below.

- Organization, preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Preparing in timely, complete and accurate manner the audited Financial Statements
- Coordination of cost control activity of the Company.
- Budget Forecasting, Planning of structure costs.
- Monitoring Cost Control information, cost-analysis and projections.
- Oversee of financial arrangements and reporting on all operated and not operated projects within eni angola.
- Control of correct and rational use of all kinds of resources and terms of performance of tasks
- Generating cost-statistics, Key Performance Indicators, internal presentation to Top Management and other cost information
- Managing of relations with Statutory auditors
- SOA compliance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Work experience in the industry not less than 5 years.
- Qualified knowledge of the International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS/USGAAP), with a focus on operations in oil-and-gas industry.
- Professional experience of financial management sphere, corporate taxation, monetary funds, forecasting and analyses.
- Knowledge of contractual standard agreements in oil and gas field;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (knowledge of Hyperion platform is highly desirable);
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Head Office, departments, Finance staff in a multicultural environment.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- High economic education or university degree in accounting, business administration;
- International qualification highly desirable (ACCA)
