The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
The Business Administrator / Junior PMO Support function will be responsible for the day to day running of the IT department including managing the order processing for hardware, software and consultancy.
In addition, the role will provide administrative support to various projects/workstreams within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
•Provide administrative support to the IT Department.
•Liaise with various departments (HR, Finance) to support the recruitment process.
•Raise and manage order processing.
•Assist workstreams / project leads within the IT department in the co-ordination of project progress, compiling status summaries and ad-hoc reports.
•Work closely with the PMO Analyst, taking responsibility for the maintenance of the project. change request tracker, internal document control procedures and project plans if required.
•Minute taking and producing output for larger project meetings.
•Support ad-hoc project requirements.

•Diligent with attention to detail,
•Quick learner, eager to acquire new skills,
•Innovative, able to think outside the box,
•Can interpret and evaluate information from a range of sources and in a variety of formats,
•Competent user of Microsoft Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
•Microsoft Project experience desirable,
•Previous exposure in IT related roles,
•University Degree or equivalent experience desirable,
•Reasonable level of business acumen and financial understanding
