The Role:
- Collaborate closely with Contract's team members and project SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in gathering and modelling business data for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare standard Contract's function reports to include data-based reports and management presentations
- Perform analysis of data to check for logic/accuracy, identify anomalies, and assess overall progress/status; Prepare reports documenting findings for management review
- Identify opportunities for modifications/improvements in data collection and/or systems used to enhance overall reporting and Contracts function performance tracking capabilities
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Project business objectives to determine relevance and worthiness of data and metrics to measure progress in achieving objectives; Identify and capture high level reports/metrics in context to the Project specific goals and objectives
- Ensure information protection standards are applied to data and reports as appropriate
- As instructed, assist in the data collection, analysis and report/presentation development for ad hoc information requests
- Responsible for upkeep of Contract's tools (i.e. Contracts Register);
- Collaborate with Contract's team members and business SMEs, as required, to ensure individuals understand reporting requirements and their duties in providing required data; Develop user procedures and/or work instructions with respect to data collection, data entry, report generation and time
- As required, facilitate workshops/meetings to identify/validate data capture and analysis requirements, expose misalignment on data availability against project reporting requirements and develop a solution to close any identified gaps/misalignment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Systems Requirements: Skilled in Work, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Preferred Systems Experience: Ariba reporting, ProCon
Preferred: Some understanding of contracting process
