The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Joining a project introducing a new way of working within HR and introducing new systems. The role includes developing a strong understanding of HR process steps mainly in Performance, Talent, Compensation & Learning processes being able to analyses the ways of working within a process and detailed understanding of system steps. Confident presenting scenarios to teams and captured complex of detailed information to summarise in a concise way. This is project based role working with process design, system test and data integration. The role will require building a strong network with HR teams in centres of expertise, working with project partners, systems and technology teams. There will be a requirement to regularly report out progress against metrics and targets and keeping to project timings, prioritising activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with experience of leading meetings and workshops. Ability to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines. Organised approach to meets deadlines, use own initiative to manage multiple workloads and prioritise tasks. Confident challenging and questioning others in process designs in order to deliver a robust efficient process design. Positive, confident and professional manner able to quickly build a rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of Success Factors Systems for implementation of learning and compensation modules. Proven previous experience with test tracking tools such as HP Quality Centre. Knowledge of and experience with structured defect management processes. Must hold a Testing Qualification (ISEB, ISTQB) or the equivalent gained through practical experience.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working with Visio for process mapping and understanding of ARIS process standards. Developing training resources for users in the form of printed hand-outs and use screen capture to create E-learning content such as interactive simulations and quizzes. Experience of working on projects in an ITIL environment utilising Prince 2 and various methodologies such as agile, waterfall, RAD, Six Sigma and lean.
