The Company:
Our client a major international oil and gas operator based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Role:
Provide recommendations related to the people intervention including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Rewards, Talent Management.
- Assist in the development of the Workforce, Rewards and Talent Management Strategies that are aligned with business objectives. Remuneration & Benefits
- Contribute in the development of appropriate compensation and benefits strategy and salary structure which enables the organization to attract, motivate and retain appropriate staff.
Recruitment
- Contribute in the development of Workforce and Recruitment Strategies and ensures the recruitment is fulfilled in order to meet the organization needs for human resources.
Learning and Development
- Contribute in the development of Learning & Development Strategies and the identification of learning needs in order to insure the design, development and execution of learning programs to enhance employee skills which meets the current and long term business requirements.
Employee Relations
- Advise of different employee related aspects.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Contribute in the Development & implementation of department policies, procedures & controls covering all areas of the HR department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Change Management
- Contribute in the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices taking into account ¡¥international best practice¡¦, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
MIS and Reports
- Contribute in ensuring that all departmental MIS statements & reports are prepared timely & accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies & standards.
Strategic and Operational Plans and Budgets
- Contribute in the development of the HR strategic plans and direct the development of operational plans and budgets for the department in line with the approved business plan.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Decision Support
Liase with contracts, procurement and materials managers
Analyse financials
