The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

The Business Analyst’s primary purpose is to develop and manage Customer Relationship Management processes, with translation and configuration to IT Systems, databases and data management protocols in line with the CRM strategy.
The Business Analyst is responsible to the Business Departments for Business/OT projects leading to improved Business processes and systems.

Scope of the Role

1. Process and System Development
Support the development and management on an on-going basis of CRM process and any impacted systems, Ensuring integration with existing corporate processes and Group processes where appropriate.

2. Master Data Management
Develop and maintain protocols and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout transition for all stakeholder groups.

3. Solution Design
Provide analysis, solution design (Considering any corporate or group restrictions), project change control and implementation in the support of specific business needs and activities.

4. Solution Support
Develop appropriate documentation and feed into training material to support the processes and systems used.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Evidence of successful delivery of projects and tasks to time and budget.
4. Strong IT Literacy.
5. Ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
6. Proven experience in process/systems development and implementation.
7. Experience in the automotive industry would be of benefit.
8. Project management and systems development experience.
9. Strong influencing, communication and analytical skills.
10. Manage and challenge senior stakeholders at an appropriate level.
11. Experience in an operational environment.
12. Must be able to organise and manage workload to reflect company priorities.
13. Experience of sponsoring and implementing change affecting systems and people.
