The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst on a contract basis based in Perth.

The position will be responsible for the following:
- Process Advisor for the project's Business Services eDashboard
- Drive and project manage initiatives to strategically enhance dashboard content and functionality to ensure it is providing accurate, relevant and useful information to senior project management
- Manage dashboard data, including data quality, data uploads and technical support liaison
- Provide communications and training in dashboard use to senior management and other users as required
- Work in a Business Analyst capacity across the projects Business Services initiatives as required and dictated by Focus items and business/project priorities
- Develop and execute a framework to analyse Dashboard results to identify overall Project trends in KPI performance across assets and functional groups and to provide insight and reports to management on this (“analysis of the analysis”)
- Coordinate the periodic (fortnightly and monthly) dashboard publication, including data uploads, source data consolidation and file processing, with a focus on adherence to the technical and process related Data Quality governance mechanisms
- Drive the strategic enhancement of the dashboard content and continual improvement of data coordination processes through proactive stakeholder engagement and analysis of user trends and feedback.
- Lead the definition and scoping of minor and major enhancements and work with the central Business Intelligence team and project stakeholders to initiate work requests or new projects as required.
- Process Advisor for the Project Dashboard.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support users including responding to content queries, issue analysis to determine required corrective actions, user training and coordination of the resolution of technical issues with the central Business Intelligence team.
- Participate in strategic Business Services initiatives as required, demonstrating a commitment to an incident and injury free collaborative working environment at all times.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Degree qualified, Business oriented degree
Experience:
- Min 4 years business analyst experience, more preferred.
- Major capital project experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts and tools would be an advantage
- Preferred Skills: Ability to take ownership of the eDashboard and the associated processes to drive continuous improvement and enhancements
- Good problem solving and analysis skills
- Good attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management, both oral and written Strategic thinking and initiative highly regarded
- Ability to multi task and participate in multiple initiatives simultaneously
