The Company:
Our Client is a Global operator in the Oil and Gas sector.

The Role:
Key roles
• Focal point for the Project for all Data Analysis requests.
• Managing and accurately maintaining all updates to the Contract & Procurement Plan and the Category Management Plan
• Focal point in the Project for the inputting of key data into the required systems, support Project Procurement Status Reports
• Collation and reporting of Variation Order activity across the project

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Ensure personal safety is observed at all times and all work is performed within the framework of our client’s Code of Conduct, Compliance & Ethics and HSSE Policies.
• Analyse and report category performance, data and market trends
• Responsible for collecting data on suppliers performance and preparation of reports and slides for performance reviews
• Timely and accurately maintaining all required information systems and associated registers.
• Focal point for Contracting System (Maximo) data inputting and maintenance including Purchase orders as required to support Resource and PO Analyst
• Support the Project team in preparation of contract execution documents and reports
• Preparation of reports on market analysis including commodity and services price indexation trends as required to support Procurement specialist
• Working relationships – External: Suppliers, Internal: PSCM Project Team, North Sea PSCM PPM, North Sea Projects Teams across remote sites and Project Operational team.
• Close and co-operative working relationship with the PSCM PPM ensuring understanding of performance data requests and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of same
• Support the project execution team in generating input to Supplier Business Reviews and collating output from the same
• Input to Category managers of feedback as required from the contract execution teams to support the Category Management Supplier Management process

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
2 years experience as financial/business analyst
High numerate with strong analytical skills
Self- motivated, initiating and proactive
Ability to multi-task across the team, prioritise conflicting demands and deliver against tight timelines
High degree of IT systems/applications proficiency
Ability to produce Management Information from various and sometime incomplete data sources
An effective influencer at all levels
