The Company:
Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. Our Client has operations in over 130 countries and has more than 95,000 employees worldwide.

The Role:
The job-holder is responsible for ensuring that consistent and standard procedures and processes are being implemented, in particular with regard to commitment control. Ensuring that all contractual and commercial terms are sufficiently documented as appropriate to the Commitment Document; appropriately authorised as per the DEA; contract compliance checks and routing of invoices for timely payment.


•Provide goods receipting in SAP and monitor status of Technical Assistance Orders.
•Collating all contractors expenses, provide all goods receipting in SAP.
•Ensure SOX Controls are adhered too.
•Check contractor expenses and compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Assisting the Snr Business Cost Admin in any necessary financial duties.
•Monitor LT Admin email in box and action (Exp only).
•Contractors expenses and follow up Invoices.
•Updating registers with expense Information.
•Contractors day to day assistance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Finance related discipline required.
•Experience in cost control administration, preferable in the oil industry.
•Knowledge and basic understanding of Contractual and commercial documentation.
•In-depth knowledge of SAP and other databases/computer packages required for this function.
