The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
As Business Developer for the Low Voltage Safety Products business you will be responsible for generating incremental business by working with the external sales team and Product Management. The growth will be generated by targeting and developing new accounts that will grow market share through specification and by developing a strategic relationships with identified prospective and target customers. Responsibilities:

• Generate incremental business by developing new accounts
• Implement the action plan for Safety Products agreed with BU and product management.
• Meet the company annual budgets for designated products.
• Proactively support the sales teams to penetrate new accounts
• Work in close relation with the Product Manager and production unit for Safety Products
• Understand the machine safety market, legislation and application requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous External Sales experience in the Machine Safety market
• Significant product knowledge of Safety Products, Technologies, Legislation, Applications and Industry requirements.
• Customer focused
• Open Communicator
• Takes Personal responsibility
• Seeks to exceed goals

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Worked in team environment
