The Company:
Our Client is an international Engineering, Procurement and Construction and Exploration and Production business. They have been in business for circa 70 years and are currently enhancing their key management team in the UAE in order to capably take on and develop their highly successful MENA operations.

The Role:
The Position:

As Business Development Director you will be based in the Dubai Office of our clients ME operations.. Your primary role is to identify new Clients, establish the relevant contacts and generate project opportunities in order to grow our clients portfolio in the GCC.

You shall be able to evaluate general and specific business conditions, plan and coordinate the implementation of new business plans. Shall be able to manage the operations with minimal support for developing business for the company. Will be also responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients to ensure on- going business & to set targets with the management and ensure those business targets are met.

You shall be expected to be able to form & motivate multicultural teams within a matrix type organisation, be able to smoothly interact with existing and potential clients and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.


You:
•Have a good understanding of the company’s goals and set targets to improve the business output.
•Identify potential clients and establish strong bonds with the key players in the market.
•Retain existing clients through effective networking.
•With minimal administrative support, meet the set targets.
•Attend meetings and conferences related to the market to understand current developments, business prospects etc.
•Submit regular reports to the management about tasks and achieved targets.
•Identify the USP of the organization to optimally target clients in the market and ensure maximum business.
- Strong EPC industry experience essential for this role.

For this position we ask for a native Arabic speaker or a GCC national, with Bachelors / Masters in the relevant field. It will be expected that you have sound relevant experience and a strong network in the GCC (preferably within U.A.E) with at least 15 years of experience in the (EPC) Industry.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
