The Role:
1.Business Development Executive(Front Level)

Main responsibilities:

-To lead in business development for the opportunities and prospects in industries and manage the business performance in assigned portfolio. Approach and Expand company product market.
-Prospecting and selling for new customers, relationship management with existing customers, after sale services management.
-Conduct business with customers in Industry.
-Prepare sales report, Contract and internal documents related to selling activities.
-Verify new investments or requirements and develop to prospects.
-Perform business development and execution.
-Manage business performance of existing assets.

2.Business Development Executive(Analyst Level)

Main responsibilities:

-Analyze, maintain and report key market/segment trends.
-Research market to identify key future growth segments.
-Attend industry events and/or trade shows to gather market2industry intelligence.
-Archive market intelligence so it is accessible to team as needs.
-Work with New Business Development and Application teams in new business opportunity identification.
-Create matrix about opportunity and capability of target market.
-Drive key leading indicators for business opportunities
-Recommend and organize CSR event that related to our technology/innovation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Male or Female 23-35 yrs.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field with MBA.
-Computer literacy and Good command of both spoken & written in English (TOEIC score 700 and Japanese will be an advantage).
-Good negotiation and analytical skill,Self-driven/motivated/good attitude
-Able to travel upcountry from time to time.Driving ability & License.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Front Level

-At least 3 years working experience in Business Development/Sales/Industrial section (Industrial Gas, Petrochemical, Ferrous and non-ferrous metal industries or other industries related are preferable).

Analyst Level

-At least 5 years experience in business analytic, marketing or industry research (Industrial Gas, Petrochemical, Ferrous and non-ferrous metal industries or other industries related are preferable).
