The Role:
Job title: Industry (IND) Business Development Manager
Reporting to : IND Manager
Location: HCMC or Vung Tau

Focusing on downstream products (Oil & Gas), supports the sales and delivery (monitor daily Operations for all items related to Business Performance INY performance in Vietnam, Vung Tau area, including utilization rate and scheduling, invoicing, cash collection) of our contracts in Vietnam
• Identify growth opportunities in the Vietnamese market, related to all aspects of procurement, installation, commissioning, QA/QC subcontractors audits, QRA, safety risk management consulting and facilities integrity management / Asset integrity management, either for routine orders or Large Contracts opportunities
• In coordination with HR, identify and recruit talents in order to deliver our INY contracts in Vietnam
• Key Account coordination with strong exposure, for Fabrication companies

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
1 General Responsibilities:
• Maintain & develop relationship with existing clients
• Monitor performance of IND services

2 Marketing & Sale Responsibilities:
• Assist IND Manager & sales staffs in preparation of proposal and/or tenders for IND services as and when required
• Visit & meet with clients upon request of IND sales staffs and/or sales staffs for all technical issues, i.e. service presentation, performance procedure, which may need for the marketing & sale purposes
• Promote IND & BV services to existing clients other than the service currently provided to such clients and provide IND sales staff and/or sales staffs all information which may be beneficial for development of IND and Company services.

3 Operational Responsibilities:
• Prepare, in consultation with the Supervisors and/or Project Manager, a quality plan for each IND projects, especially for large projects for submission to IND Manager for review and/or approval
• Prepare and give job assignments to IND surveyors, Supervisors with assistance of IND Assistant
• Monitor in conjunction with Supervisors and/or Project Manager on the execution and performance of IND staff to ensure the quality of services and in line with the Company implementation procedures,
including HSE issues.
• Assist IND Manager in all issues relating to their performance of IND services
• Propose any solution, action to IND Manager to improve the management and operation of IND Department.

4 Customer’s Care Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients for any matters relating to services provided by IND Department as and when required by sales staff, Supervisors and/or IND staffs
• Report to IND Manager immediately any customer’s claim or dispute that could involve the professional, civil or criminal liability of the Company or any member of its personnel.

5 Reporting Responsibilities:
• Prepare, with assistance of IND Assistant, a monthly report on sales & operation
• Prepare any other report as required by IND Manager.

6 Responsibilities On HR & Administration
• Propose recruitment & training & other resources requirements for management and operation of IND Department to IND Manager
• Give recommendation to IND Manager on any award, promotion or sanction to IND Surveyors, IND Assistant and Supervisors
• Report to IND Manager any accident, injury and illness which may happen to IND staffs during their performance of activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent
• 3 - 6 year experience in B&F or E&P sectors
• Wide relation with project management, oil and gas field
• Willing to travel within the country and abroad

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Negotiation / presentation
• Problem solving, decision making
• Good communication
• Customer services
• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
• Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Understanding of B&F or E&P (Exploration and Production) markets
• Back-office admin skills
