The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
• Search for new and existing customers who could benefit from the meters range of products and maximizing customer potential.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs;
• Negotiating offer and product pricing, to meet both client and company needs to maintain both sales and margin targets
• Collate and maintian market intelligence market size & shares, competitors, pricing, product mix
• Reporting regularly on activities and sales project progress.
• Meet targets for sales growth, new business and new product sales.
• Technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven Business Development track record
• Knowledge of the UK market place and channels
• Electrically qualified
• Driving Licence
