The Company:
At Fircroft (Canada) Limited, the recruitment team requires direction to effectively research and target candidates, employ these candidates as contract or permanent hires, liaise with clients, look after their start and mobilization needs (many are foreign workers in Canada requiring work permit documentation), price and write their employment terms (contracts) with our clients, facilitate their payroll set-up and contract deliverables, as well as monitor contractor's individual progress.

The Role:
This opportunity is open to current residents of the Greater Toronto Area only.

In joining a small office team, this position is designed to help management with growth activities in Canada by successfully performing the following activities prioritized as :

60 % Executive Account Management of existing clients
20 % New Client development and Account Management
20 % Regional staffing and financial oversight

Primary Activities:

* Achieve Corporate Technical Recruitment Sales objectives for the Eastern Canada Region
* Initiate, develop, and nurture existing and prospective Client relationships that will assure continued success and growth for Fircroft in the region, specifically but not exclusively within large footprint industrial projects such as Mining and Power Generation developments.
* Research and develop relevant resources relevant for the region such as candidate resumes, soliciting professional associations.
* Monitor regional budgets and costs for the region
* Assures best practices for the recruitment business unit comply with regional and provincial employment standards.

Secondary activities:

* Resource, hire and manage Recruiters as Sales objectives allow.
* Initiates and issues all contracts of employment for the region
* Research, identify and report on other municipal regions within Eastern Canada that may also have needs for subsidiary branch offices.
* Develop initial annual budgets and monthly reporting for all activities in the region
* Masters systems and procedures for services and vendors required to support the business unit, such as WSIB, travel agencies, Foreign Work Unit (Immigration Canada), Landlord, etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years Post-secondary education in Marketing or Human Resources.
* Minimum 2 years of Management experience overseeing successful technical recruitment activities.
* Minimum 5 years recruitment experience working within a well-known Contract Hire - Technical
