The Role:
This is a senior position, based in the Houston office. The successful individual will be required to take on responsibility for management of client accounts throughout North America. The successful individual will be required to assist in the recruitment of a second account manager, reporting to this position, to support this region as well as working with our technical management to identify technical sales recruits.


Key Skills

Excellent English - essential
Account Management duties
Responsible for most large North Amercian IOC’s and NOC’s
Skilled in the art of collaborative negotiation
Knowledge of competitive negotiation tactics, their application and dealing with procurement
Knowledge of the sales cycle
Enough of a technical background for identification of compelling events
Detailed knowledge of North Amercian NOC procurement procedures and cycles will be a significant advantage
Significant Sales and/or Marketing experience
Experience travelling and willingness to travel through-out South America up to a maximum 50% of time
Physical science degree or background in E&P

•Significant, all-round Sales and Business Development expertise
•Mobile, flexible and willing to travel in support of the company’s international business
•Excellent communication skills with an ability to support others and foster behaviour which encourages teamwork
