The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
Seeking to add a Business Development Manager as part of ambitious expansion plans in the UK sales team. Based across industrial sectors such as Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power and Pharmaceuticals, the role will encompass the following duties:

- To deliver sales growth in new sectors with new and existing accounts. The focus will be on new accounts.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a thorough understanding and appreciation of the clients needs in order to deliver an excellent service and develop long-term relationships.
- Manage and drive pricing, agreements, terms and conditions.
- Raise the profile of the organisation through a targeted key account management approach, attending conferences, launches and exhibitions.
- Understand complex needs on the client side – using engineering knowledge in order to offer innovative solutions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree – Ideally Chemical Related
- Strong Business Development / Sales Skills
