Location: Rayong, A.Muang
Nationality: Thai

Business Development Manager Job Duties:

• Based on Company’s existing scope of plant services / fabrication / specialty products in the oil and gas industry, identifies and track potential business deals by working with principals and contacting potential clients ; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Organise Sales / Project teams to offer packages tailored to customer requirements.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to customer.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Team leadership (influence, inspire and motivate others)
• Strong customer relationship manager
• Extensive customer relationship in Rayong
• Project/account management (managing resources, including staff, prioritising tasks and managing risk)
• Self-motivated, driven for achievement
• Competitive
• Taking charge
• Influencing customers’ opinions and activities
• Social astuteness (ability to interpret social cues and use them to attain the desired outcome)
• Interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Strategic thinking (grasp the ‘bigger picture’ and be open to multiple ideas)
• Approaching tasks in a planned and well-organised manner
• Personal diplomacy
• Emotional control (patience and composure)
• Self-confidence

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Possess at least 10 years experience in business development in O&G (based in Rayong)
• Able to travel and keep late nights
• Reports to the country manager
