The Company:
Our client is a leading global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry

The Role:
Responsible for assisting in the preparation of the BE budget as well as input to the capital plan for future Business Excellence initiatives and expenditures. Must have the ability to provide direction and leadership to teams assembled for a wide variety of IS business needs and unplanned events and the achievement of positive results for those events.

Main Tasks
This position is primarily a development position meant to strengthen the pool of talent in the Aberdeen facility;
•Leading and participating in projects that have meaningful impact to the business such as; full implementation of RFID, adoption of global tools, development of HSE and Quality Management Systems
•To drive business excellence initiatives for Integrated Services, with a focus on technology, equipment and tooling that will increase productivity and improve processes and safety performance
•Utilises value stream & process mapping, LEAN Principles’, Impact Quality methodology and creative project planning and problem solving approaches that are consistent with FMC Technologies’ business strategies, objectives, and code of ethics
•This individual will gain the experience required to taken in additional responsibilities in the Aberdeen facility

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in operations or project management, business excellence or relevant business experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical writing skills
•Exposure to Integrated Services’ business models
•5S, Lean Principles’, Value Stream Mapping, Microsoft Office Software
•SAP experience preferred, but not required
•Ability to lead meetings as a meeting Facilitator, have an objective viewpoint and stay focused on a defined topic while facilitating
•Excellent listening, oral and written communication and PC based skills
•Friendly, enthusiastic and represents the company in a professional manner at all times
•Commitment to teamwork, cooperation and collaboration
•Ability to work alone as required

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
BA or BS in Business Administration, Engineering or other technical degree preferred, but not required
