The Role:
The Integration Team in Norway Projects provides general and corporate tasks that are necessary to run the project organisation efficiently.
This is done through coordination, replication as well as integration of specific tasks to support the project teams.
The Norway Projects community consists of approx. 500 staff and contractors and is growing.
This role will support the Integration Team in two aspects, namely business improvements and analysis of manpower projections for the project portfolio.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Improvement support
•Support the Business Improvement Lead in the Integration team to coordinate the business improvement initiatives being worked.
•Assist Business Improvement Lead in arrange, follow up and report back status on various business improvement initiatives.
•Support work to provide consistent reporting on Business Improvement and Top Quartile delivery
•Hands on work on plans and databases to updated and assist in report back of progress
•Assist by facilitate and arrange practical aspects of improvement plans and coordinate meetings and workshops Manpower Review Analysis
•Support Resource coordinator with request and updates related to the manpower database for all Norway projects staff and agency positions.
•Manpower database contains names, positions, reporting lines, etc
•Support the annual manpower review process and help facilitating of process for manpower reviews
•Assist in manpower analysis of staff and contractor projections and longer term analysis of manpower plans provided projects status.
•Support team in coordinating and analyze overview for various projects and support internal and external recruitment efforts.

Key Challenges:
Ability to work in multidiscipline working environment and act as a team player. •
Work with complex work scope and multiple views and show ability to support improvement efforts. •
Ability to work independent and proactively to manage workload

Job Experience and knowlegde;
•Experience from data handling, reporting, and data analysis
•Experienced user of MS office tools, especially in EXCEL and preferably also some experience with database
•Experience within usiness improvements desired.
•Have a strong customer focus and provide ability to work with multiple stakeholders
•Have the ability to work independent with all levels of the organization.
•Ability to deal with tight deadlines & changing requirements within a multi-disciplined project team.
•Experience from Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage
