The Role:
A unique opportunity to contribute to the Business Relationship Team's work at an important time. Until the end of the year additional support is required to support the changing relationships and other emerging Business Relationship opportunities. This position offers the potential to gain insight / exposure to the Product Planning, Finance and Purchasing organisations Responsibilities. Reporting to the Client's Relationship Supervisor this position will support :- 1. Motor Company and Car Corporation Business liaison during the remainder of 2015 2.Business Relationship Team in the areas of : Existing business collaborations with other partners. Investigation of potential business ventures / collaborations between the client and other automotive OEM or industries as appropriate. Duties to include 1. Company Relationship Liaison support to include : Data analysis to scope needs of the Business Relationship during 2015 and beyond Communication of key relationship changes to the teams, by preparing and delivering guidance papers. Supporting and chairing key liaison meetings. Support the tracking of all on-going issues between the both of the companies powertrain organisations. Work closely with other Liaison roles to provide a uniform approach to all points of contact within. Ensure an appropriate level of support is provided for remaining business 2.Business Relationship Team support as required to include : Contract reviews / Strategic Market and Financial studies. Data analysis to support review of potential business opportunities. Present research findings at key cross functional team meetings as appropriate and propose on-going activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and work with many teams at different operating levels. High level of Microsoft literacy, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The ability to manage many different and conflicting priorities is essential, to balance the expectation of many stakeholders. Ideally the candidate would have worked previously in, and have a good understanding of the client's Engineering / Powertrain Organisations. Alternately the candidate must be prepared to quickly develop organisational understanding and build relationships with the key engineering departments to become effective in as short a time as possible. Communicating complex / difficult subject matters to external organisations. Negotiating / balancing wants and needs between collaborating teams. Degree in Business Management, although other degree qualifications in engineering disciplines are acceptable.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
IT Systems experience to seek data and perform analysis. Experience of WERS. Working with global teams. Working in a Business Operations / Management Environment.
