The Role:
Lead the team of auditors and assistants in the responsible area; implement and coordinate policies regarding certification operation.
- Be good support for achievement annual sales objective and developing business
- Overall responsible for daily certification service delivery execution through scheduling, logistics arranging, invoicing, reporting and certificate issuing and
customer service of certification activities to meet the target
- Ensure of controlling the cost as budgeted when executing certification service delivery
- Supervise and coach auditors
- To ensure of system and process implementation in the Business Line

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have auditing experience for the purposes of lead auditor qualification
• University degree in the relevant technical field
• Working experience > 10 years
• Experience in QMS > 5 years
• Have IRCA (IATCA) certificate - lead auditor course
