The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
As the Business Management System Technological Analyst you will deliver effective and efficient business outcomes to enable a structured and standardised approach to managing all business activities within the Company business in Australia.

Role Responsibilities:
The Technological Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Company@business Team to ensure optimal deployment of processes that support those domains which are focused on the Core Exploration and Production (E&P) Lifecycle; namely Acquire, Explore, Assess, Develop and Abandon. This will also include domains whose aim is to provide technical primary assistance to the E&P related domains.

Role Governance:
• Assess the intent, scope, reach, implications and target audience of the technical processes.
• Design a working schedule that identifies goals and objectives of E&P related domains.
• Use the Company@business toolkit and templates when assessing processes, designing and crafting an implementation plan of all E&P (except Produce)related domains including:
o Technical process complexity, impact and priority.
o Degree of cross-discipline skill requirements in the process.
o Ability of domain sponsors and process owners to champion the effort of creating required processes and documentation.
o Availability of domain internal resources for interview for process assessment and subsequent document design.
o Key stakeholder analysis to determine allies of revised processes.
o Willingness of sponsor and owner engagement during implementation planning and subsequent roll out of processes.
o Review of Change Management requirements with the Company@business Change Agent.
o Reporting to DRB and Domain Sponsors.
• Support the regular review of the various business activities deployed as part of the BMS programme of work as well as participating in the continuous improvement of the BMS.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree Qualified - Oil and Gas (Engineering, Subsurface, Geo-Sciences).
• Analytical ability essential.
• Project / Change management experience.
• Knowledge of business process modelling and analysis.
• Extractive industries experience essential; Oil and Gas industry preferred.
• Structured work approach and good organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge MS office applications.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent Communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills'.
• Be an active Team Member / Player.
