The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
My client is looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager for their assembled products business based in Ellesmere Port. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site and its employees.

Key duties will include:

• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements in line with Company Policy on site
• Contributing to the development and shaping of the business strategy
• Meeting or exceeding financial budgets set in line with the business strategy
• Ensuring full compliance with the UK Credit Control Policy including the management of debt collection activities
• Managing all deliveries of all orders - ensuring that they are on time and to budget
• Driving and analysing customer satisfaction to measure performance against customer expectations
• Monitoring & managing employee performance against agreed targets for all employees.
