The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
• Responsible for the running, planning and implementation a key internal event every 3 months; this will include both the physical implementation; ensuring environment, attendance etc. and that content and agenda is submitted
• Working with and influencing senior manager internally and with key dealer group heads which include group heads and dealer principals.
• Managing and organising the various sub meetings that feed into the dealer cabinet cycle which include Sales Panels, Customer Service Panel, Finance and Systems Panel and Regional Cabinet/Council meetings.
• Creation of a meeting planner to incorporate and co-ordinate all meetings in an appropriate timing structure.
• Creation of a 12 month forward agenda to be updated on a quarterly basis to ensure the right priorities for the business are being completed.
• Development and circulation of the agenda and papers ahead of the meetings.
• Management and circulation of meeting minutes and action points completion
• Working with both dealer members and members to ensure all actions are completed in a timely fashion.
• Management of the creation and implementation of additional channels to seek views from members: for example online web chat, surveys etc.
• Using the information gained in these channels to create proposals and actions.
• Creation and implementation of a new Member induction
• Providing guidance and support to involve a smooth transition for members into the council.
• Active participation in the meetings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in a role where you have had to interact with both senior internal and external stakeholders and the confidence to challenge when required
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Confident decision maker
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy, including the ability to develop effective working relationships and work as part of a team; high level written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Company in a highly professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, adapt to and negotiate varying demands
• Experience in dealing with confidential matters, and to exercise strict confidentiality
• Demonstrate high level internal and external customer service skills
• High level of organisation and planning skills to ensure quality of dealer cabinet meeting is high.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Planning and problems

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstration of working closely with senior management teams
