The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Business Office Controller

The key responsibilities for the role are as follows:

Work alongside the Accounts & Finance and Human Resources teams, to;

1. Coordinate and produce a monthly Company Quality (CQ) budget and manpower report

2. Facilitate in the production of CQ end of year forecasts and annual CQ budget / manpower submissions

3. Support the planning and implementation of CQ annual and bi-annual communication events

4. Assist in the development and maturation of regular CQ internal publications

5. Coordinate the CQ Graduate and Undergraduate schemes

6. Perform the secretarial role for the CQ Safety Committee alongside the central Health & Safety team

7. Support in other planned activities including benchmarking events and work experience placements


Experience Required:

1. Educated to degree level in an appropriate technical or business discipline (desirable)

2. Advanced computer skills especially Excel and Power Point (essential)

3. Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in resource planning, budget management and reporting (essential)

4. Basic knowledge of the key principles of a Health & Safety Management Systems (desirable)

5. Meticulous attention to detail with organisation and planning skills (essential)

6. Ability to question the status quo and drive improvement (desirable)

7. Full driving licence (essential)
