Our client is the world's largest exploration and production company with operations in over 29 countries. In Australia our client is leading the way in both upstream and downstream oil and gas projects with further development projects in the pipeline.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Services Administrator to join a leading Oi and Gas Operator for a 12-month contract. The purpose of the role is to provide coordination and supervision of building services along with assisting in administration and reception duties.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Coordinate purchase and storage of capital items, in liaison with Supervisor
•Oversee Furniture and Fittings
•Oversee security access card system (Lenel) coordinated by Receptionist
•Coordinate report writing and audit management, as required
•Responsible for maintaining Lenel Access System
•Filing of security log reports night patrols in Cambridge Street Building (managed by Gold Security)
•Liaise with building maintenance contractor (i.e., Fernpark) and other contractors
•Liaise with Concierge provider (MSS) as required
•Maintain or establish effective working relationships with relevant maintenance providers
•Interaction with Property Managers and independent trade personnel
•Repair and reminder notification emails
•Arranging quotes from independent trades-people
•Action reports from personnel to respond to maintenance matters:
•Air-conditioning complaints
•Zip-hydro taps
•Coffee machines
•Lighting
•Car / Bike park queries and requests
•Alarms
•Other general maintenance matters and/or complaints
•Oversee the programming and cancellation of access cards for new staff members, contractors, visitors and building maintenance personnel, including photo identification, managed by Receptionist
•Oversee the Lenel access card system, managed on Reception
•Demonstrated experience in all aspects of administrative tasks;
•A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other communication systems
