The Role:
The primary role of the business administration professional is to lead, control and organise the activities of a business. The role of the Curlew business support also involves a large amount of communications work (Curlew Chirp, Curlew website, ad hoc one-off brochures, etc)

Primary Functions:
•Prepare and implement communications and reporting structures
•Help to arrange and manage events and external engagements for the team
•Manage travel and expenses for Production Manager
•Schedule appointments for Production Manager
•Raise Work Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP
•Create Service Entries and process invoices using SAP and iPortal
•Edit and collate the Project Newsletter
•Create the Project website (one off) and maintain/update it
•Help with preparation of annual reports and budgets
•Coordinate/manage Project Inc Livelink area
•Handle paperwork
•Arrange CBT and PTW training for staff going offshore
•Be a time writing focal point for the team
•Order PPE
•Act as Fountain Assurance co-ordinator for the department
•Interview and hire administrative employees
•Supervise administrative staff
•Assist with creation/maintenance of organisation charts
