The Role:
Provide effective, efficient and pro-active administration support to the Central Operations Manager and the Central Team. This includes a wide range of activitues but typically:
• Proficiciency in SAP Blueprint to enable creation of Work Orders, Purchase Orders and Service Entries.
• Manage and maintain diary coordination for the Central Operations Manager.
• Arrange all travel for the Central Operations Manager.
• Manage the department GCC card and reconcile the expenses for both the department GCC card and the Central Operations Manager’s GCC card.
• Timewriting Focal Point – run weekly reports for Central OIMs.
• Run monthly Fountain Assurance and Fountain Incident Reports and input Fountain Actions when required.
• Regulatory correspondence with DECC/HSE – file copies of correspondence in Livelink.
• Arrange all external away days/team building events for the Central Operations team.
• Order all PPE when required via SAP.
• Register staff, contractors and 3rd parties for Induction for Offshore Travel.
• Office moves focal point.
• Assist with onboarding all new staff and book their BOSIET and MIST courses if required.
• Provide leave cover for CNNS Asset Business Support colleagues.
