To coordinate monthly reporting activities for Business Systems
To provide admin support for the Business Systems Department
To undertake projects / tasks as required by the Business Systems Management Team
To coordinate governance of systems
To provide admin support for Internal and External Audit Systems, control of non-conformity and corrective/preventive action management.
Maintenance of QHSE Management System - Synergy (SharePoint)
Maintenance of Internal and External Audit Systems
Expediting Non Conformance and Corrective Actions - for both Internal and External Audits
Maintenance of Internal Audit Programme
Production of Monthly Business Systems reports and KPIs
Support QHSE Continuous Improvement Programme
Undertake other Departmental supporting tasks as directed
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good personal interaction skills, somebody who is able to work effectively with cross functional colleagues and customers to achieve business goals.
Highly proficient with MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Systematic, logical and well organised
Can work efficiently and effectively in changing business environment
Self-managed and motivated, able to work with minimum supervision and able to use own initiative to provide solutions to problems. This is a key requirement of the role.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous Quality experience (minimum of two years)
Experience of SharePoint
Experience within the manufacturing or engineering industry
Have good problem solving skills e.g. DMAIC or 8D
NVQ level 4 or HNC qualification
