The Company:
a Certification Company is seeking a Business Unit Manager for International Trade Business Unit

The Role:
Report to Country Chief Executive (CCE)
Implementing the business line (BL) objectives and strategy as defined by CCE and RCE (Regional Chief Executive) and align with the BL Leadership Group strategy. Locally develop, define and communicate BL vision and action, objectives and strategy for the market segment.
Contributes to rapid growth objective of the company through development and win of major contracts with key customers.
Contributes to the implementation of new business model based on long-term service contract, project management and customer orientation focus.
Generates profitable new contracts to the company
Developing its line of business with the object to identifying the potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and the resources available, operating all the necessary sources of information and developing the commercial law actions.
Managing and coordinating the management of Local Key Accounts, if any.
Managing all market and competitors information.
Playing the role of commercial interface with clients.
Implementing the Company Group and BL procedures.
Managing the operational BL team in terms of commercial development.
Product and Marketing Development
Leading strategic choices and launching new products.
Understanding the clients in terms of their needs, expectation level of satisfaction as well as increasing potential business and developing the contacts and the necessary analysis.
Developing and maintaining project estimating database to ensure consistency in estimations and a history of estimating data for future projects.
Contributing to engineering of production/ sales processes to maximize REG.
Managing the operational BL team in terms of commercial development, management of company's services, including human resources management (recruitment and training), quality service and OHS.
Following up the financial operational results of the activity. Relays information and is the focal point between company and BL for the managed activity.
Making people contribute to knowledge management and best practice sharing.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A university graduate in industrial/mechanical engineering with strong experience in the field of automotive manufacture/workshop/trade
• Having experience in Export and Import business is an advantage
• A mature male/female Indonesian in his/her 35s to 40s and has at least eight years managerial experience.
• Highly motivated, and goal and result oriented.
• Has strong business sense, good negotiation skills and networking.
• Have good command of English, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a proactive executive, independent, dynamic and a team player
