The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
Key accountabilities

Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours.
Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous HSSE performance improvement.
Actively contributes to assist to achieve outstanding performance in meeting BG Group targets of HSSE and efficiency.
Create and process service entries into SAP and submit for approval.
Ensure that financial approval of service entries is obtained in a timely fashion.
Create service requisitions in SAP to allow Procurement Activity to take place.
Create and amend Vendor Master Data in line with company procedures.
Work with vendor’s business unit to clarify any invoice queries to allow invoice payment to take place.
Demonstrate an active performance mind-set.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent in the English language, educated to a degree level or studying for membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. CIPS)
Has appropriate industry experience as well as P2P experience.
Has a sound knowledge of SAP ERP
Has good understanding of C&P tools and techniques and relevant regulatory / legislative is required within area of work.
Demonstrates full understanding of HSSE requirements and knows how to apply them within a contracting context
High numeracy skills and attention to detail is essential.
Good communication, influencing and inter-personal skills with the professional credibility and cultural sensitivity to represent the Group to supplier/contractor organization
Effective networker with ability to build constructive working relationships, whilst maintaining objectivity and pragmatism
Understanding of local contractor/supplier base capabilities and effective commercial terms for contracting in local markets
