The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
Working alongside Project Managers & Engineers.

Key Responsibilities and duties:
Supplier qualification
Intercompany requisition, purchase order placement using various internal software applications e.g. Wizard, BOL, cBOL and POL
Third party requisition, purchase order placement
Assist Project Buyers with their administration tasks
Quotation / Order expediting
Invoicing – early booking in, resolving issues
Non conformance material reporting
Material forecasting
Group SCM reporting

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Administrative and Buyer experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages required
Strong administration, organisational and communication skills

Attention to detail, enjoys problem solving, analytical
Ability to prioritise, and work hard under pressure

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SAP
