The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
As a key player you will be responsible for body & exterior CAE solutions for SVO vehicles. This will include CAE simulation and results analysis to ensure compliance with different Durability and Robustness targets. You will work very closely with SVO exterior and body engineers to develop engineering solutions. You will make use of in house CAE capability. Candidates must have a good understanding of Body CAE Analysis and of Vehicle Design.

Skills Required:
3 key skills required 1. The individual has worked more than 2,5 years in CAE in the automotive sector 2. Abaqus experienced user 3. Good communications skills

Experience Required:
"Degree in Engineering or comparable qualification. 2,5 years or more of experience working in CAE in the automotive sector. Experience of automotive Body CAE, component manufacture and design. Strong knowledge of Abaqus for non linear implicit Analysis. Good communication and presentation skills to all levels. Data analysis and PC skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Good team player/ leader, who is self-motivated to deliver good quality products ."

Experience Preferred:
"Experience in Ncode / Fatigue Analysis Experience of Nastran / Optistruct Knowledge of Optimization Software Knowledge of NVH would be an advantage"
